Who we are

Omni Business Intelligence Solutions (“OBIS,” “we,” “us”) is a data and AI advisory firm headquartered in New York, serving clients across the United States. This policy covers omnibisolutions.com.

Information you give us

The only information we ask for directly comes from our contact forms: your name, company, role, work email, your message, the page you submitted from, and whether you opted in to receive occasional insights. We use it to respond to your inquiry, to understand which topics bring people to us, and — only if you checked the box — to send you occasional insights you can unsubscribe from at any time.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside the service providers listed below.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours records basic analytics: pages viewed, approximate location (country or region), referring site, device and browser type, and how long pages take to load. We use this to understand what content is useful and to keep the site fast.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies to distinguish returning visitors and measure traffic. You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's official opt-out browser add-on. We also use Vercel's privacy-friendly analytics and performance measurement, which does not use cookies or track individuals across sites. We do not run advertising trackers or sell audience data.

Service providers

Four providers process data on our behalf: Vercel (website hosting, analytics, and performance monitoring), Google Analytics (traffic measurement), Resend (delivering form submissions to our inbox), and Google reCAPTCHA (spam protection on our forms). Each processes only what is necessary for its function and is bound by its own privacy terms.

Spam protection on our forms

Our contact forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which helps us tell real people from automated abuse. When you interact with a form, reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information — such as device and application data — and sends it to Google for analysis. This is used only to distinguish humans from bots, not for advertising or personalization. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply. We deliberately load reCAPTCHA only when you begin filling in a form — not on every page — so it isn't running while you simply read the site.

We also apply rate limits to our forms, which means we briefly record the time of a submission against the network address it came from in order to block repeated automated attempts. This is kept only for the length of the rate-limit window.

How long we keep things

We retain inquiries for as long as we have a business reason to — typically the life of the conversation or client relationship, and our records-retention obligations after that. Analytics data follows the retention period configured in Google Analytics. Insights subscribers are removed on unsubscribe.

How we protect information

The site is served entirely over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Form submissions travel encrypted to our email inbox. Access to client data during engagements is governed by the confidentiality terms of each contract — and as an audit-trained firm, data handling discipline is part of what we sell.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Depending on where you live — including California and the EU/UK — you may have additional statutory rights. Send any of these requests through our contact form and we will action them. We will not discriminate against you for asking.

Children

This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If our practices change, we will update this page and revise the effective date above.
