Accessibility Statement
We build this site to be usable by everyone, including people who navigate with a keyboard, a screen reader, or magnification. When we fall short, we want to hear about it.
Effective July 2026
Our commitment
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. Accessibility is treated as part of building the site properly, not as a retrofit.
What we've built in
- Semantic HTML structure — real headings in a logical order, so screen readers can navigate by section instead of guessing.
- A “skip to content” link as the first focusable element on every page.
- Full keyboard operability: every link, button, form field, and the floating section navigator can be reached and used without a mouse, with visible focus indicators.
- Descriptive alternative text on images, and labeled form fields tied to their inputs.
- Colour choices checked for contrast against our navy, orange, and grey palette, with information never conveyed by colour alone.
- Responsive, reflowing layouts that work when text is enlarged or the window is narrow, without horizontal scrolling.
- Labeled landmarks and breadcrumb navigation on interior pages.
Known limitations
Some client and partner logos are supplied as images whose internal text we cannot restructure; each carries descriptive alternative text naming the organization. Video testimonials are hosted on YouTube, where captioning and playback controls are provided by that platform — cleaned written transcripts of those conversations exist, and we're happy to share one on request.
Tell us when something breaks
If any part of this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, please tell us through the contact form and describe what happened and what you were trying to do. We treat accessibility reports as bugs: we'll investigate, fix what we can, and tell you what we did. If a page is blocking you, we will also provide the information you need in another format.
Ongoing work
We review accessibility as the site grows and as new pages are published, and we update this statement when our practices or known limitations change.
