The Tory Burch Foundation empowers women entrepreneurs across the United States. Over two years, OBIS delivered three training webinars for the Foundation's community — teaching business leaders how to put generative AI, agentic AI, and data-driven strategy to work in their companies — with a single session reaching more than 400 small businesses.
Situation
AI was arriving faster than most small-business owners could evaluate it. The Foundation's community of early-stage women entrepreneurs needed more than headlines — they needed practical, trustworthy training on which AI tools matter, what to use them for, and how to start without an engineering team.
Solution
OBIS designed a webinar series tailored to the Foundation's audience: sessions on unlocking AI's business potential, leveraging generative AI, and agentic AI for customer acquisition. Each session was shaped around pre-submitted audience questions, delivered with practical handouts attendees could reference later, and pitched for operators — not technologists.
Results
A single training reached more than 400 small businesses, and the Foundation brought OBIS back across two years — three engagements in total.
